Support The Symphony
The Charleston Symphony Orchestra relies significantly on the generosity of individuals, businesses, foundations and government entities. While ticket sales cover less than one-third of the Orchestra's operating budget, your support will help the organization achieve a balanced budget each year.
Every great city deserves a great orchestra, and as one of Charleston's key cultural treasures, it is critical that the CSO continues to provide the community with its core group of world-class musicians. The CSO provides audiences of all ages with high quality artistic performances, while bringing internationally renowned guest artists and conductors to the Lowcountry. In addition, the Orchestra serves more than 10,000+ students annually through inspirational and educational programs and outreach initiatives.
You can make a difference today by supporting the Charleston Symphony Orchestra with a gift of any size. We invite you to make a tax-deductible donation to the 2011-2012 Annual Fund which will help to sustain the CSO as the only full-time professional Orchestra in the region while enhancing the Orchestra's impact through critical arts education offerings for area youth..
